Terms and Conditions For Ace Auction Company

We accept cash and GOOD checks only at this time. Please note that all revenue at our estate sales must go through the Clerk of Courts office therefore it is imperative all checks are written on accounts with sufficient funds.

We are currently exploring different options to start accepting credit cards in 2013. When we began taking credit cards there will be a 5% administrative fee added to your total. We will announce before each auction if credit cards will be accepted.

We reserve the right to add or delete items up to and including sale day. Any announcements made on auction day will take precedence over all other printed advertising.

Ace Auction Company has never charged a buyers premium. If we ever conduct an auction that requires a buyers premium it will be advertised on our auctionzip ad and on all other advertising for that auction.

After an item or lot is auctioned off and you are deemed the high bidder your buyers number will be written on the tag. At that point Ace Auction Company is not responsible for theft of that item. It then becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We will advertise your auction in as many publications as you wish. Our normal advertising is done on auctionzip, in our local newspaper, on this website, and on flyers posted in businesses through out Rutherford and surrounding counties.

Ace Auction Company is not responsible for accidents and ask that you be careful at all times. We appreciate and respect our buyers and sellers. We have fun and conduct our auctions in a professional manner and we ask that you treat us with the same respect and professionalism.
